Shipping & Delivery

We provide both standard and expedited shipping. Select your preferred method at checkout to best suit your needs.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s site.

    • International: 7-14 business days

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If you are not available, the carrier may leave a delivery notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
